Employment Training and Support For Everyone
Our Workforce Development Program expands equitable access to jobs through second chance and transitional employment. We intentionally employ individuals who’ve been excluded from the workforce due to previous justice involvement, recovery from substance abuse, housing instability, or other barriers to employment.
From Barriers to Possibilities – A New Path Forward
Our Workforce Development Program covers 2 pathways towards breaking barriers to employment.
Second Chance Employment
Intentional hiring of individuals with barriers to employment, creating pathways to long term stability.
We partner with reentry programs, review applications from individuals facing barriers to employment, and offer supportive, inclusive roles that help participants rebuild stability and gain meaningful, long-term job experience.
Transitional Employment
Short term, time limited employment as a pathway to long term career success.
Within that time, we offer hands on work experience, formal training that leads to industry recognized certifications, soft skills and job readiness preparation, and wrap-around support services.
