    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Quinn supports and oversees the organization's directors and managers to execute programs, initiatives and strategies. He works with our volunteer board of directors for future planning, financial oversight and to develop community support.  

  • Michaela Savage

    DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

    Michaela collects and analyzes all of the organization’s financial and waste diversion data, oversees human resource requirements, and provides technical and operational support.

  • Ryan Spillane

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Ryan oversees program managers and department leads to achieve organizational goals. He optimizes processes across all operational areas, from deconstruction to redistribution, ensuring we effectively divert C&D materials for reuse while maintaining financial sustainability.

  • Faith Chase

    DIRECTOR OF FUNDRAISING & STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

    Faith develops and leads the organization’s fundraising strategies. She also collaborates with the Communications and Marketing manager on Re-use’s communications and outreach efforts. 

  • Nathaniel Pak

    WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

    Nat oversees our workforce development program, a social enterprise where employment, training, and supportive services are provided to those with barriers to employment.

  • Ian Hill

    REDISTRIBUTION MANAGER

    Ian oversees all departments at the Oʻahu Redistribution Center at Stadium Marketplace, which includes sales, receiving, and material processing departments. 

  • Ben Kamiya-Miller

    HAWAI'I ISLAND MANAGER

    Ben oversees all operations at our Hawai‘i Island location; including deconstruction projects and our Kona lumberyard. 

  • Rob Malabey

    WORKFORCE TRAINING COHORT LEADER

    Rob has been a vital member of our Deconstruction crews for many years. He will soon lead our Workforce Development Program cohorts through participant training.

  • Viliami 'Pepa' Fonokalafi

    DECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM MANAGER

    Pepa leads his crew through the scope of each deconstruction by the project deadline, ensures site safety, acts as a liaison for general contractors and subcontractors, and helps secure client satisfaction. Pepa has the most deconstruction experience of anyone on our team!

  • Malufafo 'Vito'

    DECONSTRUCTION TEAM LEAD

    Vito leads his crew through the scope of each deconstruction by the project deadline, ensures site safety, acts as a liaison for general contractors and subcontractors, and helps secure client satisfaction. Vito is known on his team for being adaptable and persistent.

  • Jeffrey Costa

    DECONSTRUCTION TEAM LEAD

    Jeffrey leads his crew through the scope of each deconstruction by the project deadline, ensures site safety, acts as a liaison for general contractors and subcontractors, and helps secure client satisfaction. Jeff is known on his team for being organized and persistent. 

  • Shayden Glenn

    DECONSTRUCTION PROJECT DEVELOPER

    Shayden works with potential clients to establish projects for the Deconstruction Services Program. She ensures that budgeting and operating goals are achieved on acquired deconstruction projects.

  • Renée Thorp

    COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

    Renée leads communications and marketing efforts to share Re-use Hawaiʻi’s mission with the community. She develops strategic campaigns, manages content across platforms, and supports outreach initiatives that promote reuse, sustainability, and community engagement.

  • Daelia Wong

    ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

    Daelia is the Assistant to the Director of Administration, supporting day-to-day operations by handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
