Turning Hawaiʻi’s Waste Into Reusable Materials and Green Jobs

A non-profit giving second chances to people and materials through deconstruction, reuse, and inclusive employment.

About Us

Re-use Hawai‘i is a non-profit employment social enterprise dedicated to reducing waste and expanding green job opportunities. Through building deconstruction and material reuse, our mission is to foster an inclusive circular economy in Hawai‘i.

We envision a future where waste reduction and the preservation of resources is maximized through deconstruction and building material reuse, allowing the circular economy to thrive.

Support Reuse

Every year, 740,000 pounds of materials are kept out of Hawaiʻi’s landfills and given new purpose. Together, we’re protecting the environment, supporting local jobs, and building a more sustainable Hawaiʻi.

You can help keep that impact growing by donating materials, applying to a corporate sponsorhip, volunteering and more.
