Nat oversees our workforce development program, a social enterprise where employment, training, and supportive services are provided to those with barriers to employment. He also coordinates volunteer efforts.
Phil designs and builds custom creations from salvaged lumber for clients of Re-use and collaborates with other nonprofits on community-betterment projects.

Ian oversees all departments at the Oʻahu Redistribution Center in Kakaʻako, which includes sales, receiving, and material processing departments.
Pepa leads his crew through the scope of each deconstruction by the project deadline, ensures site safety, acts as a liaison for general contractors and subcontractors, and helps secure client satisfaction. Pepa has the most deconstruction experience of anyone on our team!
