Hotel Liquidation Services

An ʻāina-friendly service for hotels under renovation.

Most hotels renovate every 5-10 years, creating an unsustainable amount of waste for our island community.

What is Hotel Liquidation?

Hotel liquidation is the process of salvaging unwanted furniture and decor from hotels under renovation so these materials can be diverted from the landfill and redistributed to the community.

Benefits:

  • Diverting usable material from the landfill

  • Providing the community with affordable resources

  • Receiving a tax-deduction for the value of the material donated

Princeville Resort Liquidation

In 2020 our deconstruction team removed furniture and decor from over 250 rooms at the Princeville Resort (Formerly St. Regis). Half of these resources were donated to nonprofits and schools in the area, while the rest was transported back to our Redistribution Center on O‘ahu.
